If you are getting regular use out of your wool coat, it should be washed every six weeks. For heavy use, you can wash more often being certain to check for spots and stains.
Also, don’t forget to check your care label. If your coat calls for dry cleaning, trust the label.
Collegiate Cleaners has been caring for wool coats for over 75 years. We use fresh, pure cleaning solution each time we process your garments. Many cleaners use the same solution over and over again, which recirculates dirt from previous loads. This is harmful to your garments and does not ensure proper cleaning.
